This role entails heading up our talented team of CGI producers in Sofia. Key responsibilities as a line manager will include leading the team effectively, offering production planning support, and personal growth through regular one to ones, and focused training in accordance with the business’s current and future needs and RS company values.

Although based in Sofia this role requires a close working relationship with our UK teams, meaning that effective clear and concise communication in English is a must. As a lead Producer you will support the wider team by red flagging any potential production issues at all stages of the production process from quoting, scoping through to project delivery. This will mean playing an active part in finding viable solutions to all production challenges including, but not restricted to production planning and delivery.

As the Lead producer, you will be responsible for all project planning and coordinating teams to deliver assigned CGI & Animations on time, within budget and to the highest Ride Shotgun quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as an effective interface between the Production teams, Account management and the client.
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing Producers by championing best practices and processes across the team, leading by example and providing motivation and supporting on a daily basis.
  • Forecasting, resource planning and scaling the resource of producers.
  • Producing workable plans, defining priorities and setting realistic milestones and deadlines.
  • Ability to resolve a problem by looking at suitable approaches, reviewing the pros and cons and deciding upon the appropriate solution.
  • Using knowledge and experience accurately to identify core issues quickly.
  • Seeking information from clients and team members to aid the decision making process.
  • Ability to own, manage and execute individual projects.
  • Monitors the quality of work and progress against plan.
  • Setting clear performance standards and objectives for self and others, monitors progress and takes appropriate actions to the achieve delivery of results.
  • Generating a high degree of enthusiasm, promotes positive team spirit and maintains morale.
  • Exercising authority appropriately and persuasively, delegating effectively and directing where necessary.
  • Ability to attend meetings and manage the clients needs presented by the Client Services team, within the context of the project, or projects that they are responsible for.
  • Ability to identify and qualify new opportunities and feed these opportunities back to the Commercial teams as appropriate.
  • Ability to identify when it is appropriate to involve other members of the commercial teams, and at which level.
  • Ability to ensure that all financial requirements associated with their projects are fully managed in-line with the plan and are reflected accurately, taking into account any external costs.
  • Commercially aware both internally and externally.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  •  Previous experience with project management tools/software.
  • A level of comprehension for the use of AI and its benefits within CGI.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Ability to understand and speak English.
  • Excellent team player.

LOCATION AND WORKING HOURS

This role is based in our Sofia office, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. This role is open to hybrid working.
